Unable to create the reference data for the current block

STep7，每当保存 fb/FC时，就会弹出消息“UnabletocreatethereferenCEdatafoRThecurrentblock”。但点击确认后还是可以保存的。不知道这是什么意思，有什么影响？如何解决？谢谢！

原因：数据库中有错误。
解决：对该项目进行“重组”。见附图，选择重组功能后在出现的项目框中选中此项目，点击确定。
